By renting a party box (“Bash Boxx”) from [Bash Boxx by NB], you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50%is required at the time of booking to reserve your Bash Boxx. The balance is due [14} days before the event date.Payment can be made via credit card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash and Check.. We accept payments in full or in installments as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Late payments: Any payments not received by the due date may result in a late fee of 10% or cancellation of your reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made [I10] days or more before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the total rental amount, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made [7] days or fewer before the event are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule the rental, you may transfer the deposit to a future date if availability permits. However, a rescheduling fee of [Insert Fee Amount] may apply.

3. Security Deposit
A security deposit of 10% is required for each Bash Boxx rental. This deposit will be refunded within [7] days after the event, provided the items are returned in the same condition and no damages or missing items are reported.
The security deposit will be forfeited in the event of any missing or damaged items.

4. Pick-Up/Delivery & Return
Customers are responsible for packing up and returning the Bash Boxx on the agreed-upon dates at the designated location.
The rental period typically includes a [3] day rental. Late returns may incur an additional $50.

5. Responsibility for Setup and Takedown
Customers are responsible for setting up and taking down the Bash Boxx items. Instructions for setting up the box will be provided, and the customer agrees to follow the instructions for safe use and handling of all items.

6. Damages & Missing Items
All items must be returned in their original condition. In the event of damage, loss, or theft of any items included in the Bash Boxx by NB, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost, including any associated fees.
If any items are missing at the time of return, the customer will be charged the replacement value.

7. No Liability
Bash Boxx by NB is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to people, property, or possessions resulting from the use of the Bash Boxx.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold [Your Business Name] harmless from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of the use of the rental items.

8. Late Fees & Penalties
Any rental items not returned by the specified time will incur a late fee of $50 for each additional day the items are not returned.

9. Right to Refuse Service
Bash Boxx by NB reserves the right to refuse rental services to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to a history of late payments, damages, or failure to comply with rental policies.

10. Modifications & Updates
Bash Boxx By NB reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes prior to making a new reservation.

11. Agreement
By paying the deposit or signing the rental agreement, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
